How to Request Assistance from Osage Valley
RC&D?
The RC&D program is a USDA rural development program
administered by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service per Public Law
97-98. The RC&D Project Application is to be developed jointly by the project
sponsor and the Osage Valley RC&D Council, Inc. It is then submitted to the
appropriate committee for approval. If the Board of Directors determine that the
project is well conceived and will help achieve its rural development goals, the
application will be approved. Official approval of the project allows the RC&D
staff to work closely with the project sponsor to provide appropriate assistance
and allows the Board of Directors to provide various RC&D resources to complete
the project.
