Green Hills RC&D History

The Green Hills RC&D project was approved for operation in 1973. The RC&D Council is the governing body and decision making authority. The RC&D area is locally organized, sponsored and directed. We provide a way for people to work together to plan and carry out activities that will make their community a better place to live.
