The Green Hills RC&D objectives are to meet the changing needs of the Green Hills region and its people, whose primary concern is to accelerate rural development through conservation, and to develop the natural resources of the area. The goal of the Green Hills RC&D is to bring about rural development for the greatest benefit to all the people in the region.
