The Big Springs Resource Conservation and Development Council (RC&D), Inc. is a not-for profit corporation, formed in 1975, to address regional natural resource concerns within Butler, Carter, Reynolds, Ripley and Wayne Counties in Missouri. Big Springs RC&D is sponsored by County Commissions, Soil and Water Conservation Districts, and the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service.
